RESPONSIBILITY

When I was faced with a responsibility. Responsibility is a mandate, which should bedone. Responsibility to lead, the responsibility to carry out the duties, responsibilities toprovide the best and keep their promises to the people dear. And many moreresponsibilities that must be carried as long as I still live in this world. Yes, sometimes there are the problems to be faced when I was carrying out that responsibility. Manychallenges that come and go, sometimes it makes me fell off the challenge and felt nolonger able to stand up. Moments that I need the support of others, need help from those whom dear. And I need to judge myself. Recalling what I have done?, Not just think aboutthe final results achieved success or failure of responsibility that I run, but rather I have to know how the process? and remember what God gave to me? Am I grateful for the process I went through?.

 When I have not been able to give thanks to the process andfail to achieve the target, then that's when I feel myself so stupid and too arrogant before God. I do feel all in vain, do not feel appreciated by those involved in the process.Blaming the partner that I lead. When everything was quite difficult to pass and made ​​mereally fall, then I will find a turning point for the surrender of all that I consider as a burdento the Lord. expect to find a way back home and the best solutions to problems andchallenges. 
But there is a belief in myself, that the challenge would make me more time-tested and have a better quality of responsibility again.
